 Best Booth Draw, Ever

The men (above) are engrossed in their handwriting analysis reports. Every page is on Client's letterhead; pass-around is phenomenal.

Our CHAP® (Computer-assisted Handwriting Analysis Program®) has reported on the scrip of nearly 150,000 medical doctors world-wide with remarkable accuracy. One doctor wrote: "By far the most intelligent thing to do at the entire conference."

We are compact. We fit in a small booth, and we put on a grand show in a very big one.

Signage Makes a Big Difference

CHAP® can draw as many as 50 percent of the registered attendance at a conference or trade show (it did so at a Primed meeting in Boston for Pfizer) when there is good signage and a motivated team of reps at the booth. People have to know 1) it's free; 2) it's about them; 3) it's accurate and intelligent. When those ideas get across, the booth with CHAP® in it is likely to be record-breaking busy for most of the first day, all of the second day, and busier than anybody else the succeeding days, even up to the last day, when the CHAP® booth will still have traffic and other booths will be empty. GCG can suggest signage that reliably brings in business.

GCG's president, master graphologist Sheila Kurtz, and Kerry Crawford, marketing manager, in a midsized booth for a show with about 15,000 attendees and four graphotechs. A booth with four work stations can analyze more than 120 reports per hour, and GCG techs often work into the night to finish reports for the next morning.

GCG's team works with many CHAP® Reports at a busy and successful booth.

CHAP® has appeared at shows in the U.S., Canada, England, France, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.

At Saks Fifth Avenue, NYC, the fascination with handwriting analysis is intense. The CHAP® Report boosts customer sales at the Shiseido kiosk.

Business parties, sales meetings, wedding showers, wedding receptions and rehearsals, fund raisers, and store openings are marvelous places to use the CHAP® Reports. No better ice breaker is available. GCG knows how to fit handwriting analysis into almost any festive scene or gathering. After reading their CHAP® Reports, both sides of a wedding party will be seen together chatting, learning, and laughing at the results.

The handwriting collection form itself is a terrific marketing device. It contains the client's core marketing message that the prospective customer will copy, plus oodles more.

The Record Breaker

At a Primed meeting in Boston, the Pfizer booth registered as leads more than 50 percent of the attendees. Handwriting intrigues everyone and the super-energetic Pfizer "ambassadors" (retired top salesmen) decided they would help GCG establish the world record, and they did. Reps at booths typically get wholeheartedly behind the CHAP® Reports because CHAP® reports are smart, self-detailing, on target, and very easy to sell. As soon as they read their own reports, they are on board. The photograph below is of the GCG and Pfizer teams that pulled the feat off.

In the Words of Our Clients...

'This has been a remarkably well accepted program to bring thousands of physicians to the Pfizer booth. The comments from physicians has been outstanding as to the quality of the program and from the personalized service offered in the analysis & these same physicians return to the Pfizer booth to pick up the completed analysis and therefore get a second opportunity for product discussion. The remarks from the physicians regarding the accuracy of the reports has been phenomenal.'
-Ed McMahon, Pfizer

'There's no way I can begin to tell you what a difference you made in our booth traffic at Exhibitor Show. The feedback we received from attendees was that it was the most 'intelligent' promotion in the hall...'
-Pat Freidlander, Exhibitor Magazine Group

'The handwriting analysis program designed by Graphology Consulting Group for Lodine product was a real hit with the physicians and it enabled the sales people to easily segue into a product detail...the traffic generated far exceeded the goals.'
- Laurence Smith, Chicago Institute of Neurosugery and Neuroresearch

'It [handwriting analysis] was a wonderful and unique service. It provided me with valuable insight about myself, some of which I was unaware of.'

“Sheila Kurtz is an extremely talented professional. I have had the sincere pleasure of working with her on two occasions and I would not hesitate to do so again. When Sheila has done handwriting analysis at my events they have been a measureable success. In fact, in 2009 her flawless execution at my convention led to my winning a coveted marketing award. Not only is Sheila an expert in her field she is a brilliant, reliable and considerate individual. When she is involved with your project you know you are working with the best!” ~  Cynthia Sore, convention planner.
